With an MBA from Yale University and multi-sector/functional experience in the US and Zambia, Dave directs the strategy and vision of TopFloor. Dave has a love for building successful businesses in challenging environments that maintain the highest quality and ethical standards.

Chimwando Mvula, Finance and Administration Support

Chimwando is an ACCA finalist with extensive experience in Accounting and Finance and is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyse financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

Inutu Muyunda, Accounts Assistant

Inutu is CIMA student with a qualification in Business Accounting and has experience in administrative and clerical duties. She is responsible for bookkeeping, data entry, administrative and clerical duties.

Pellie Musowoya, Administration Assistant and Events Coordinator

Pellie has experience in Reception and Admin support. She supports the team organise and coordinate events.

Bongani B. Kumar, Marketing and Communication Officer

Bongani holds a B.Hon in Economics and is experienced in event organising and strategic marketing. He is in charge of all marketing activities and producing our weekly and monthly newsletters and publications.

James Nduli, ICT Officer and Operations Analyst

James holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science and is an ICDL certified trainer. He has previously worked with the Computer Society of Zambia and is in charge of maintaining, updating and improving all ICT technical aspects of the business.

Munumi Njungu, Business Development Manager

Munumi Holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Cavendish University. He has held positions at Lake Harvest, Mercury Express Logistics and Dana Group in Zambia. He is an Associate Member of the Zambia Institute Of Marketing and the UK’s Association Of Business Executives.

Kapiji Mulemba, Sales Manager

Kapiji Mulemba holds a Philosophy, International Relations and English Degree from Rhodes University. He has held positions at Oikos Johannesburg, Mobile Transactions Zambia Ltd and United Machining works in Zambia. He is also a member of the Young African Business Trust, on Zambian young professional roles in development.
